The new DETRAN-PE application offers users a practical, personalized, and secure way to access services and consultations. Notably, several services can be performed entirely online, eliminating the need for in-person visits.

Users can directly view their vehicle's debts, such as IPVA/Licensing and fines, and can generate payment slips with ease.

Candidates seeking the National Driver's License (CNH) can track every step of their application process via the Timeline feature, gaining access to results from both the Theoretical and Practical Exams, as well as Psychomedical Assessments.

Access to the DETRAN-PE app is secure and tailored through the Gov.br platform. Users are presented with only the services they are eligible to perform based on their profile as a driver or motor vehicle owner.

The current version of the DETRAN-PE app includes the following services:

• Vehicle and Infraction Services:
  • Debt Consultation and Invoice Generation
  • Identification of Offending Driver (fully online)
  • Change of Vehicle Address within the Same Municipality
  • Security Code for CRV (used to download the digital document of the vehicle)
• Driver's License Services:
  • Second Copy of CNH (fully online)
  • Definitive CNH (fully online)
  • CNH Renewal
  • Change of CNH Category
  • Addition of CNH Category
  • Change of Driver's Address
  • Timeline featuring steps for obtaining CNH along with results from Exams and Psychomedical Assessments.
